Contact your network administrator
Schools and workplaces may put a restriction on using YouTube when you are logged in through their email address or device.
If you receive a “Sorry, you can’t access YouTube with your Google Account. Your access has been restricted by your administrator.” error, sign out of your YouTube account and try again.
If you are unable to sign out from YouTube, try to sign out from other Google products such as Gmail or Google Maps, which will automatically sign you out of YouTube.
You may also try to clear cookies and site or app data to sign out from YouTube. However, when possible, it is recommended to contact your domain administrator and let them know you would like to add YouTube as a service.
